Event Details
In the Horn of Africa twelve million Somalis, Kenyans, and Ethiopians are starving due to the worst drought since the 1950s. On February 25, 2012; eleven churches, three packing organizations and thousands of volunteers will join together to pack one million meals for the Horn of Africa.
Join City Church at Hope Academy as we do our part to help fight starvation in the Horn of Africa. For more Hunger Initiative locations and times, please visit thehungerinitiative.org.
All efforts will be made to combine individuals who would like to pack together. Please understand that stations have limited capacity and that a balance of ages will be considered.
When you arrive - enter Hope Acedemy via the main entrance on Chicago Avenue. Please allow adequate time to find street parking.
